      Dear God: I'm having so much trouble sleeping that I'm tired and stressed a lot. I don't have the energy to function well with all I have to do each day when I'm dealing with this insomnia. I can't experience the peace you want for me when I can't get to sleep and renew my body, mind, and spirit. I need your help to get the sleep I need every night. You know all the methods I've tried to get to sleep that haven't worked so far for me. [Mention whatever you've tried: white noise, eye masks, sleeping pills, etc.] Please give me the wisdom to discover what's really causing my insomnia so I'll know how best to treat it.
